NUTRITION

Nutrition can be the most confusing aspect of your health journey. You’ll often hear that keto is best, carnivore outperforms everything, or veganism is proven superior. Personally, I’ve always followed a Mediterranean-style plan, but that doesn’t mean it’ll work for you. You’ll need to do your own research and decide what fits your needs.
What I emphasize most is not what you eat, but what you avoid, that’s where you’ll see the greatest success. Steering clear of ultra-processed foods, which are slowly harming our health, is key. I see it as predatory greed: Big food companies, enabled by politicians, are allowed to prioritize profits for themselves and their stockholders over our well-being. Ultimately, though, you have the power to choose what you and your family consume.
Together, we can calculate your calorie needs based on your age, height, and activity level; determine the ideal macronutrient ratios aligned with your goals; and select foods that optimize energy, recovery, and gut health. This process takes time, but eventually, you’ll master how much to eat, what to eat, and when to eat it.
