Training is an art form—you’re literally sculpting your body into its best version. While some principles are universal, I tailor every plan to your unique goals, fitness level, and available time. I recommend at least three training days per week to build real momentum, but this doesn’t mean every session has to be with me. We’ll collaborate to design a schedule that fits your life, ensuring you grasp the plan, master proper form, and feel confident training independently.
